All product orders are subject to Government tax (GST). All prices listed on the website are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST.

Five Star Security Products' product prices and special offers are subject to change without notice at any time. Prices displayed do not include delivery or installation.

Product Return Policy

Five Star Security Products endeavours to always supply the highest quality security products. In order to keep our products to a high standard, it's imperative that no product is used if the goal is to have it returned or exchanged.

With this in mind, please ensure that you carefully select your products before making the purchase as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS POLICY

In the unlikely event that the product you’ve received is faulty or defective, you should contact a Five Star Security Products' representative within 24 hours of receiving the product.  This can be done by emailing sales@fivestarlocksmiths.com.au. 

 One of our administration representatives will request a description of the issue and may ask for a photo of the faulty product to be sent through.  The staff representative will then determine whether or not the product is defective. If the product is deemed to be defective, Five Star Security Products will arrange for the item to be picked up at no charge to the customer.

Upon receiving the defective item, your purchase will either be replaced, credited or refunded.

PRIVACY POLICY

Five Star Security Products respects your privacy. Five Star Security Products will not sell or provide any information about you or your company to any third party. The information provided by you on this site will be used to deliver products and services that you have requested or ordered, and from time to time, Five Star Security Products will use your contact information to notify you of specials or promotions. At your request, we agree to remove your name from our mailing list.

BACKORDERS POLICY

While we strive to maintain a fully stocked warehouse, occasionally, supply and demand creates an 'out of stock' situation. Should this occur, you will be contacted regarding the delay, and we will offer you either a credit or exchange on that product, or arrange to ship the product once stock is available.
